What is a Social Impact Society (SIS)?
A Social Impact Society (SIS) is a unique legal form in Luxembourg, created for organizations that seek to combine economic objectives with a positive social impact. This structure allows companies to pursue social or environmental missions while conducting economic activities.
Main characteristics of a SIS:
